Helping to build inclusive communities in Bulgaria

Frontline teams have been visiting Bulgaria several times a year since 2002, focusing on supporting families, individuals and organisations involved with children and young people with disabilities, many of whom have experienced extreme social, physical and emotional deprivation in institutional care

Over the years we have built a broad network of contacts at municipal, regional and national level and strong links with non-government organisations and churches, particularly in the Vidin and Ruse regions of Bulgaria We seek to share our experiences in resettlement and community-building by offering practical support, professional skills and training
