HoursWorth is a Supported Employment Scheme that enables people with a learning disability
and high support needs to access the world of paid work with a range of employers in the
local community. Employers recognise and value the positive role model, skills, motivation
and commitment of people employed through the scheme.
HoursWorth acknowledges and celebrates a person's individuality and potential and this is
reflected in the provision of one to one support and vocational training.
